A Cardiac Electrophysiologist with over 30 years of experience in the practice of medicine, Dr. Naseem brings with him an impressive track record of leadership and innovation in the healthcare industry, along with a deep commitment to our mission of enabling data to fuel better and more effective patient outcomes. Dr. Naseem has achieved remarkable success in building clinical infrastructure that is supported by an all-inclusive care delivery platform built on value-based care models and AI predictive analytics.

Chief Operating Officer

Lauren Schiegg is Chief Operating Officer, responsible for AirStrip's worldwide operations. Schiegg is a results-driven healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in business development, data analytics, and strategic planning. Schiegg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with a Computer Option from Louisiana State University. Schiegg’s expertise lies in identifying growth opportunities, cultivating partnerships, and driving revenue growth for healthcare companies. For the past eight years, Schiegg has served as the Co-founder, Partner, and Chief Development Officer at Summus Healthcare and its subsidiaries. Schiegg has a proven track record in managing healthcare analytics, engaging providers and staff in quality improvement initiatives, and fostering relationships with payers and community stakeholders.

Bob Petrou

Chief Financial Officer

Bob Petrou is AirStrip's Chief Financial Officer. Petrou drives financial strategy for AirStrip and leads all financial functions including corporate finance, accounting, audit and investor/analyst relations. As CFO Bob focuses on maximizing long-term shareholder value by balancing investment, cost management, and ensuring the company is achieving financial performance. Previously, he spent 16 years with BlackBerry Limited—a telecommunications company—where he held various finance positions then ended as the Head of Finance, Mobility Solutions, and Handheld Devices and Emerging Solutions. Mr. Petrou holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance from the University of Guelph and is also a Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Arlyn Small

Chief People Officer

Arlyn Small is the Chief People Officer for AirStrip and leads the company’s overall human resources strategy. He is responsible for the acquisition, development and management of AirStrip's most valuable resource: it’s employees. Small brings 25+ years of experience in manufacturing, high tech, telecommunication and retail industries, and has spent his career helping people reach their goals and potential. Before joining AirStrip, he served as VP of Human Resources at Lassonde Industries and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Contegix LLC. He has also held senior level roles at Qlik Technologies, Amazon, Tyco Electronics, and Microsoft. Small holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in social science from Pittsburgh State University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy University. He is also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.

Marc L. Harrison

Chief Legal Officer

Marc Harrison joined AirStrip as Chief Legal Officer in February 2024. He has been practicing law for over 30 years, including 24 years of experience with public and private companies across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He previously served as the chief legal and compliance officer at a publicly traded biotechnology company and, before that, performed in the same role at a privately held pharmaceutical company. Marc has a demonstrated history of executive leadership, team building and providing strategic legal and business advice, with a dedication to supporting products and services that reduce healthcare costs and improve patient outcomes. He holds a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.

Vice President of Client Delivery

Kimberly Kuzawa leads the delivery project management organization and is focused on optimizing the quality, efficiency, and scalability of AirStrip ONE deployments.

Kim has more than 20 years of experience in health information technology and has been instrumental in the growth of AirStrip. She was one of the first AirStrip employees and has held numerous roles throughout her tenure including sales, account management, and client service delivery. She leads a team that is responsible for partnering with hospital c-suite executives to develop enterprise technology strategies that drive efficiencies and improve outcomes.

Chief Revenue Officer

Wes leads the finance, business intelligence, operations, and administrative functions at AirStrip and has played a pivotal role in the growth of the company.

Wes has been with AirStrip since 2012 serving in various roles, including SVP of Revenue Growth, Commercial Operations, and Business Development. Prior to joining AirStrip, Wes worked at The Little Clinic as a financial and marketing analyst (acquired by The Kroger Company in 2010) and with DSI Renal as an EMR consultant.

Wes earned his undergraduate degree from Freed-Hardeman University and an MBA from Lipscomb University.

Neil McQueen

Chief Technology Officer

Neil has served on AirStrip's leadership team since 2010 and has been instrumental in the development of AirStrip ONE.

Prior to AirStrip, Neil was the founder of a technology consulting firm that delivered custom applications and systems integration services for customers including Abbott Labs, Baxter Healthcare, and Procter and Gamble. Neil participated in the initial launch of the iPhone and presented with Steve Jobs at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference in 2009.

Neil earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Chief Commercial Officer

Rory has more than 14 years of experience in the patient monitoring space and is responsible for sales, marketing, and account management.

Prior to joining AirStrip, Rory was a Commercial Director of Sales for GE Healthcare, a consultant at The Advisory Board, where he consulted with executive hospital leadership regarding industry trends and best practices for the cardiology, imaging, and oncology service lines and a sales executive at McKesson.

Rory earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and is a graduate of the GE leadership institute.
