Neil has served on the leadership team of AirStrip since 2010 and is currently AirStrip’s Chief Technology Officer. Over the course of Neil’s tenure, AirStrip has expanded its entire product offerings and capabilities to hundreds of hospitals and integrations covering hundreds of medical devices.
Neil’s development team created AirStrip ONE™, the first mobile unified view of patient data across the continuum of healthcare with near-real time streaming data from wherever it is obtained to wherever you need it. Neil’s team participated in the initial launch of the iPhone and presented with Steve Jobs at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference in 2009. AirStrip continues to produce the most advanced remote patient monitoring applications in the industry.
Neil is a seasoned R&D executive who has built and managed technology development and delivery organizations across the evolution of Mobile, Web, Cloud, and Enterprise Systems Integration.
Prior to AirStrip, Neil was the founder of a Chicago-based technology consulting firm delivering custom application and systems integration services for such customers as Abbott Labs, Baxter Healthcare, Ameritech / SBC, United Airlines, and Procter and Gamble.
Neil earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University with a double major of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Having spent over a decade in health IT, Rory has established himself as a visionary commercial leader where he has contributed to the significant growth of medical device manufacturers and innovative software companies.
Prior to joining AirStrip, Rory was a Commercial Director of Sales for GE Healthcare, where he led Product Sales Specialists, Account Executives and Clinical Sales Specialists for the overall strategic growth of GE Healthcare’s Patient Monitoring, Diagnostic Cardiology, and Clinical Informatics portfolio. His healthcare business acumen, commercial leadership, and ability to execute through teams helped GE establish themselves as a market leader in patient monitoring and as a major distributor of AirStrip, Mobile Heartbeat CC&C, and Ascom secondary alarm management solutions.
Rory was previously with The Advisory Board, where he consulted with executive hospital leadership regarding industry trends and best practices for the Cardiology, Imaging and Oncology service lines. Prior to The Advisory Board, Rory was a part of the early growth in Electronic Health Record software with McKesson due to the Affordable Care Act’s Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) reform policy. At McKesson, Rory was a high performing individual contributor which led to significant growth for the business. During this time, he also led the Southeast channel business providing leadership, solution expertise and clinical consulting for over 150 value added resellers.
Rory earned a Bachelor of Science in Selling and Sales Management with a minor in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He is also certified in multiple sales methodologies and is a graduate of GE Crotonville for Influential Leadership & Innovation.
Eric is a pioneer and patent inventor in healthcare clinical alarm communications and event management solutions. Prior to AirStrip, Eric was the General Manager at Voalte, where he led Voalte’s Clinical SME teams to support Sales, Services, Engineering, Product and Marketing. His vision and executive team leadership helped establish Voalte as the market leader in Clinical Communication & Collaboration software, which led to the company’s recent acquisition by Hillrom/Baxter.
Eric was previously with Ascom as Vice President of Clinical Applications, where he led the North American launch of a jointly developed Alert & Alarm Management software project between Ascom and GE Healthcare. Prior to Ascom, Eric was the fourth employee at Emergin. During his time growing the startup, he held titles of Product Manager, Business Development Manager, Channel Manager and Corporate Account Manager. His vision and guidance reporting to the CEO helped establish Emergin as the market leader in alarm management software, which led to the company’s eventual acquisition by Philips Healthcare.
Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Dakota State University in South Dakota.
Kimberly Kuzawa is responsible for implementation services by the Delivery Project Management Office utilizing project management methodology and a standardized approach to facilitate measurement and optimization of quality, efficiency, and scalability of customer deployments.
Bringing over 20 years of sales, account management and client service delivery experience in healthcare information systems and small business ownership environments, Kim is currently responsible for leading a team of professionals who partner with C-level leadership and corporate operations executives to proactively deliver enterprise technology strategy to the hospitals and physician practices. Kim has demonstrated a history of building strong multi-level customer relationships to support project plan execution that is on time and within budget. Kim has delivered successful hospital-system, project implementation results in both team leader and individual contributor roles requiring customer and vendor cross-functional collaboration resulting in new customer acquisition and retention, product adoption, and increased profitability.
Wes has been with AirStrip since 2012 serving in various roles, including SVP of Revenue Growth, Commercial Operations, and Business Development and as Director of Business Intelligence. He has worked closely with AirStrip’s 100+ enterprise health systems during his time at AirStrip. Wes’ past healthcare experience includes positions with The Little Clinic as a financial and marketing analyst (acquired by The Kroger Company in 2010) and DSI Renal previously as an EMR consultant.
Wes earned his B.B.A in Finance from Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, TN. He completed his MBA in General Business with a focus on Dispute Resolution at Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN. He lives in Nashville with his wife and children.
